Cookie policy
What gets stored on your device when you visit this site. The short answer: only the Meta pixel, and only if you accept it.
1. What the Meta pixel is
The pixel is a piece of code from Facebook and Instagram. It does one thing: it tells us which ad brought you here and whether you ended up asking for a quote. That way we know which ads work and which ones we are paying for nothing.
To do it, it stores Meta cookies in your browser and tells Meta that you have visited this site. That is advertising: the site does not need it to work. Which is why we have to ask you first.
The data is processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, as its own controller and under its own privacy policy. We do not see who you are: we see how many people arrived from each ad.
2. It only switches on if you accept
The first time you visit, a notice appears at the bottom with two buttons of the same size: «Reject» and «Accept». Until you press «Accept» the pixel does not load: not a single request to Meta, not a single cookie of theirs.
If you press «Reject», it never loads. The site works exactly the same: it looks the same, the videos play the same and you can ask for your quote the same. Rejecting costs you nothing.
While you have not chosen, nothing loads either. Silence does not count as a yes.
3. Where your choice is stored
In your own browser, in this site's local storage, under the name «corina-consentimiento». It holds one word: «aceptado» or «rechazado». It is not an identifier and it never travels to any server; it is there so we do not ask you again on every page.
4. How to change your mind
Just delete that stored choice: next time you visit we will ask again and you can choose the opposite.
You delete it from your browser, in the option to clear cookies and site data for corinacapital.com. On a computer it is behind the padlock to the left of the address; on a phone, in the browser's privacy settings.
If you also want to stop seeing personalised advertising in general, you can change that in the ad preferences of your Facebook or Instagram account.
5. What else is stored on your device
Only what is essential for the site to display properly: your browser's cache for images, videos and fonts. Your own browser manages it and you can clear it at any time from its settings.
Fonts and videos are served from our own server, not from external services. We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics tool.
If you tap a WhatsApp button you will leave this site and enter a third-party application with its own terms and its own cookie policy.
6. Changes
If we ever add another measurement tool, we will explain it here and ask you in the notice before installing anything on your device.
