We are Corina Capital, a renovation company with our own crew, based in Estepona and working in Marbella and the Costa del Sol. As well as renovating for clients, we buy, renovate and manage our own flats.
Corina Capital does not live only on renovating for third parties. We buy flats, renovate them and either rent them out or sell them. That changes how we work: when the money that goes over budget is your own, and the month of delay is paid for in lost rent, you learn to measure properly and to meet your dates. It is the same discipline we apply when the job belongs to a client.
The bulk of the work is done by our own crew, on our payroll. They are the same workers who appear in the videos we publish. For anything requiring certification — electrical certificates, gas installations — we always work with the same trusted professionals. It is the absence of that subcontracting chain that makes it possible to fix a price and a deadline and then meet them: there is nobody in the middle inflating or delaying.
Anyone can show a nice photo of the finished job. We film our projects as they progress, with the rubble, the decisions that have to be made on the spot and everything that ends up hidden behind the walls. If you are going to have a crew in your home for two months, you have the right to see how they work before signing.
Corina Capital SL is a recent company. We are not going to invent twenty years of history or hundreds of delivered projects: our track record is in the work we show and in the fact that we renovate our own property with the same crew.
